Got Pokertracker...now what?

So I finally got around to trying out Pokertracker. Got it downloading and importing my histories easy enough.

But...now what? How can I best use this to help my play? Obviously I need to play alot more hands and import them, but I'm intrested to hear how you are all using it

thw two quickest stats to converge are VPIP and PFR - check those vs other posters around 1-2k hands. after that, you can start looking at blind steals/defense, win rate by position, and definitely use the player note exporter... awesome feature!
