Default Passive AK PP 109

Villain is 38/18/2 after about 40 hands, I don't remember anything specific though. I don't think I play goot.

Thanks,

Craig

If he's that loose preflop, maybe raise to like 300 or 350 and let him make a larger error by calling? After that, I think you need to raise the flop: if he's got enough hand to play with you, he'll play, and if he doesn't, is he really going to put in all that many chips on another barrel? Villain's play is weird, but I think the stacks are too shallow to do anything other than raise this flop.

A fine line. Perhaps raise his flop bet as the others have said. Sometimes calling is fine if you're mixing things up. Hopefully villain calls and flips over JJ/QQ or AQ/AJ and YHIG.

Edit: I had the roles reversed in my head reading it the first time, changed a few of my opinions.

I like a raise here on the flop as well, but i really dont mind your line here. There is a possibility that a raise on the flop could push out hands that you have badly beaten. I guess if he turns over a flush then I kick myself in the ass, but other than that I think you keep a 2nd best hand around and make some extra $$$. I still stand by a flop raise here, but I dont mind this play if we are up against a player who is willing to bet his weaker holdings here.
