PostgreSQL installer

I am trying to get PostgreSQL set up for PT, but I can't get the installer. I am trying to get it from http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary/v8.0.3/win32/ as per the PT instructions. I am trying to download postgresql-8.0.3.zip, but it times out like the file doesn't exist. Is there an alternate location where I can find this file? Alternatively, can anyone host it long enough for me to download it?

Looks like this is it:

Note it's a slightly newer version.

According to this line from the PT site, it seems that I need the older version: "As of this writing, the current supported version is v8.0.3"

However, the site seems to be working now, so...never mind...
