Default should i do this? (neteller question)

So I mentioned the other day that I was having problems with getting a new account on Neteller, I called like 3 times then asked to speak to a supervisor and bitched forever and basically they said there was a policy change and that a merchant not accepting my Neteller isn’t a good reason, they gave an example of a good reason which would be a currency change, he also explained that if I were to get a new bank account, I could close my current account and open it with my new info, an alternative option would be to call and say I need my currency change into GBP and deposit and play a deposit bonus on a crypto skin and call them back and say I need it changed back to USD. My question is, should I try the GBP angle or go for the safe root and get a new bank account?

get an ING direct or emigrant account

I imagine the GBP route will incur many currency exchange fees
