Default is there a web site listing complaints registered against card-rooms?

i've been playing poker now for about 2 years and would like to know how to research complaints registered against card-rooms. i know that with corporations, the auditor general has a section listing any complaints, and so does the banking sector.

but when i've tried to research complaints registered against casino or card rooms, i've not been able to find it anywhere on the net. is there a clearing house type site? i also am aware that the laws are not enforced concerning issues like deploying card mechanics, etc., but perhaps knowing the number of complaints a particular card room has will help to guide you to a less risky card room. any suggestions as to how one might conduct a search on the internet for complaints regestered against b&m card rooms? also, how much of a concern is cheating? i've seen some wild stuff, that's why i ask.

I would think that the State gaming commission would be a good start

If you can find Connecticut's, you did better than me when I was looking for it.
