He cold calls 2 bets and then bets when the flush comes, he has me beat, right? I would've continued if I had the Kc.

You can't assume he has the flush. Maybe he has QJ and is trying to pair up. He might just be testing the waters after he made top pair. Without any reads it's difficult to know, but with over 8 big bets in the pot you cannot fold this big of hand.

Probably, but you are going to get 11:2 on your money to find out. I'd say that more than 15% of the time, he doesn't have the flush. So this pot is worth calling down.
