Well, if a Queen makes it a full bet and a King makes it two bets to go all-in, you might dump this hand. Generally, though, I think you have to take this hand up against anyone who goes all-in for a full bet or less. If a Seven makes it one bet and a Nine makes it two bets, you'll probably want to three-bet to get the Seven out and take it heads-up against the All-in. And I think raising to get it heads-up should be the default play with a hand like this. But yeah, some of these guys could give us more information. Alas, part of the reason I don't post very many hands myself is that I usually don't remember enough information.
