well this isnt true. a worse hand will almost certainly call. they always pay off no matter how obvious the situation is.

I think any queen or any ace pays off here.

I like a river raise. A two pair will probably be too afraid of a double runnered flush to 3-bet you, and a weaker pair will probably call down.
