Default Party Sit N Go is Pure Ignorance

Can't there be a sign up list? Like "check the game you'd like to play, you will be seated at the first available table." Most of the time, even if there are 8 seats open, each time i try to sit down the seat becomes taken by the time I can check the fee box. then the whole thing starts over.

Its total crap.

I kinda like it. If you're quick and lucky enough, you can get in on one with people who've been trying to get a seat for 10 minutes and are already partially on tilt due to being ticked off.

There are always positives.

I haven't had the troubles you have had getting a table. I just click on the status column of the SitNGo menu, and then all the empty tables are put at the top of the list. It's no trouble to watch for an empty table that way.

List refreshes only once in a while, many times I would click on a table which says 'waiting for 10 players' only to find that it's already running

I went back to Party sngs for the first time in a long time tonight and its totally retarded.

It is virtually impossible to get a seat, why they don't have a list or open two at a time is anyone's guess.

Actually, no guess needed, it is just the usual Party total lack of thought.

10 minutes would be fine.

I was actually playing through Empire, I suspect their lobby is even further behind the real state of things than Party's is.

Try opening a game that is almost over (i.e. down to two players) when the game is over the table will reset and you can have a head start on the competition.

Peace,

Trying to get into a Party SNG during prime time would be like trying to get onto a Six Flags Raging Rapids raft ride if there was no orderly line...

...actually, the tables do sort of look like the rafts...except they come along much less frequently.
