Default how many epoints did you have when empire bumped you up to vip status?

reading the forums a few months ago, i was under the impression that about 1000 points did the trick. i'm at about 1500 now and have received nothing. think it's worth my while to fire off an email at them and ask for an upgrade?

Looks like you need 5000 now...

How to become a VIP Club Member*

To enter the EmpirePoker VIP Club, first you have to be a real money player on EmpirePoker. Then, you need to accumulate EPoints and reach a minimum of 5000 EPoints by playing for real as often as possible. As soon as you reach 5000 EPoints, we'll notify you via e-mail that you're in the Club and you can then continue to accumulate more EPoints while enjoying the wide variety of prizes we'll offer.

Around 800... they just bumped me up last week. I earned around 500 or so of those this month... so it is possible that it has something to do with playing a lot in a short period of time... but that's just a complete and utter guess.

I got bumped up just last week when I was around 700. Roughly half of those had come during the past month.

I had like only 500... why don't you just email them... who knows you might get lucky and have them actually respond
