Central Station's Tournament Schedule

Thanks for this link. I normally play at The Gilpin, and have always wondered about CCS.

How early do you normally have to show up for the $35+5 tournaments at CCS, and how many tables do they use?

I don't think it does you any good to show up more than an hour early, because they won't even sign you up earlier than that. I also believe they make sure anyone who's in a cash game at the time is in the tournament if they want it.

Alright, it's confirmed. I'm clear for the C-Note tournament tonight. If any of you mofos happen to be up there, I'll be in my standard issue poker uniform - black UM hat, olive North Face Pants, and a t-shirt. I hope Rudy isn't there tonight.

I'll be up there a few times in November. Definitely at the Gilpin, and I'll try out the tournaments at CCS.

Just called the Golden Gates Casino, and they said "December" for opening their poker room. That's all the details she could give me.

I gleaned this off another website...

The Golden Gates Casino in Black hawk will be opening their new poker room sometime in December.

It will have 12 tables, a major bad beat, an electronic seating system (whatever that is), a fancy ventilation system, and "exclusive Poker Player Rewards".
