Loan consolidation

Did anyone go through this for college. The interest rate is really f'in low and I want to consolidate my student loans. The thing is I'm retarded and don't know how to go about it. Can someone give me some advice?

Call your lender NOW. Today is the last day.

You can do it online with sallie mae at smartloan.com or the US Dept of Education at www.dl.ed.gov

Just go to Sallie Mae's website. It's really easy. You can also call any student loan lender.

talk about waiting till the last minute, jeeze, I did mine 8 hours ago!

all you have to do is apply by today, which, obviously, you'll have ot do online, and then it will take like another month or so after that, but definately do it, or you'll be stuck

I did mine through Sallie Mae, and it was pretty simple, they had most of the stuff filled out for me that I didn' tknow.
