Problems Closing my party account
After not playing for nearly 3 months on party, I e-mailed support and asked them to close my account. They told me that they did. No problem, I thought, right? wrong! Instead of my account being closed it has been "temporarily frozen" and it says I need to call them or something. I emailed them again and they said they closed it, but it is still not closed and it is instead frozen. Anyone have something similar happen? Any suggestions?

Maybe they would close it, if you would stop trying to login to it.
When I closed mine, I never tried to login to the old one. I just made a new account, and haven't had a problem.
