I had just sat down on this table about 10 hands ago, and I have no PT numbers on the villian.
When he led the turn, I thought it was pretty clear he had a K, should I be raising on the turn, or should I raise his river bet for value. I was worried about KQ or KJ as those were the most plausible hands I could put him on when limp/calling UTG.

I feel that a raise would only get called by a better hand. I can't see playing this any other way against a reasonably opponent. Your observations were probably correct about the higher full house.

this is why you bet more on the flop and raise the turn because any K is calling you then

the way you played it on flop/turn makes your river play bad

though the way you played it, i probably still end up raising the river as it looks like he's weak
