I highly doubt the stalling would be worth the loss in hourly rate if they are a good player. Im sure its just that they are playing more games than they can handle in a timely fashion.

I've had games where it is so slow I feel like killing myself (79 minute game comes to mind). I know if the guys slowing it down to that extent were regulars, I would avoid them like the plague. At the limits he/she/it plays, getting rid of skilled players might bump ROI quite a bit (while probably decreasing $/hr by as much of course, but some people like to go to bed winners).
