Default NL All in wager

Quick logistics question.

in NL 1-2, $300 max buy in,
let's say, UTG (350) raises to 50,
UTG +1(85) raises All in raises to 85.
Button(800) calls 85.

Can UTG reraise again? What consitutes a full-raise?
Please provide any relevant links..

I believe betting is capped. UTG can reraise if UTG+1 makes it 100 or more, or if another player raises.

so, you're saying that a all-in raise is not considered a raise unless it is double the raise?

He should Not be allowed to raise again in a cashgame. Prima doesnt realize this though.

In a tournament it sometimes is enough with 1/2 pot raise to allow reraise so if it was one he might be able to do that.
