How much do you bet?

You are playing .01/.02 NL. You receive AK spades on the button. 6 players have limped before you. When it gets to you how much do you raise? 3x the BB. 5x the BB or all in?

Wrong forum. But I think the standard reponse would be to raise 3.5xBB plus 1BB for each limper.

After teh flop and on teh river: 1 big bet

I'd raise to something like $0.25 or $0.35 right now, and expect to get between two and four callers. It doesn't matter if you're behind one or two of them, you're "ahead of the group" with that kind of odds.

Anyways, this depends on the stack sizes too. Post in the other forum for more details.

A good no-limit book is "pot limit and no limit poker" by ciaffone and reuben.
