Default Party NL and Poker Tracker question

Hello.

In limit it's easy to know that a big bet is 2 in a 1/2 game, but what about the poker stat BB/100 or BB/Hr. in lets say Party 25$ NL?

Poker Tracker says BB is 0.50 when the blind structure is 0.10/0.25, but you can bet 0.25 all to the end as opposed to limit where you are forced to bet bigger the last two rounds, so how come Poker tracker counts BB as twice the big blind?

Because PT was firstly invented to Limit by a Limit-player what I heard. 1 ptBB = 2 bb
