Best places to eat at vegas

Breakfast: Paris Hotel buffet (no contest)
Lunch: Anywhere, poolside. Take pictures and share them with us.
Dinner: too many to mention but everyone has favorites including Emerils Fishouse at MGM, Aureole (spelling) at Mandalay(although I think it's overrated), the dozen or so fantastic steakhouses...some of the new restaurants at Wynn are awesome...Information overload...I give up.

Last trip was 9 days long and I tacked on 10 pounds, so I obviously feel that Vegas rules for food.
