Heh, here I am trying to maintain the composure to type "gg" whether I win or lose and always make fish feel welcome at the table and happy to be there, and all my 2+2 idols are busy telling those same fish to cram it up their butt sideways.

*sigh* I think I'm in a losing battle here. I wonder if the metamorphosis is inevitable?

I guarantee that on the one occasion where you type something incredibly nasty because you've taken one beat too many that half of the table will say "You're blarg aren't you?"

I don't think I ever will, but if I did, yeah, that sounds about like a fun way to put the perfect cherry on top of a bad luck streak.

3. Whining about bad beats when Citanul or Irieguy have had a bad day

2. Calling your opponent a stupid f'in retard only to discover they are your favorite poster on 2+2

1. Entering a limit tournament by accident.

It really pisses me off when I enter a limit tourny on accident. At first I tell myself I'll just play it...I'm okay at limit. Then after a few rounds I say f@#$ this I'm raising and re-raising everything as I'd rather play NLHE. One time this worked in my favor and I won.

most of the problems you guys are talking about arent really problems that i have
1) i dont play too many hands preflop early
2) dont htink i push too much
3) dont think i push too little
4) i dont overplay drawing hands i ocassinally push with them cuz i belive its the right thing to do.
5) i can lay down TPTK with no problem
6)i can lay down KK QQ JJ with not much problem altho i do over play them at time

ect ect...

my problem i think i have right now *including some fundimental flaws in my game (why because i cant beat the 5.5 games yet),
1) i have a hard time getting value from my hands.. not sure how much i should bet with good hands like KK with 3 limpers in the pot if blinds are t20 i would bet about t100

so i think im over betting my hands and scaring out customers.. maybe i should slow play some AA big hands late in a sit n go bubble time to try players.. im not sure how to do that. lots of the time im happy with the chips in the pot.

any suggestions?

Well, the idea about varying your play is always a good one. You don't want to train people to know that whenever you bet X number of chips, it means you hold QQ and up, and whenever you bet Y number of chips, it's only AK.

In the Party lower limit games, the stacks are so shallow and you see so few people repeatedly that you don't have to do that all that much, but I know you play at 1000 stack games, so it's probably more important for you to be seen varying your play than it is for me over at Party.

Used to be:

1. Not being a luckbox.
2. Looking at my results
3. Chatting with TheUsher and Raptor on AIM while playing...

Are now:

1. Getting 'fancy'
2. Coming up with a solid plan for my hand and then deviating for no actual reason
3. Chatting with TheUsher and Raptor on AIM after playing...

1. Calling with +chip EV hands that are - $EV when I'm a small chipleader.
2. Go into push/fold mode a tad too early.
3. TV/AIM/work/reading while 4 tabling.

1. Not a leak
2. Not a leak w/ AK...do not play AQ and you solve the second half of this leak.
3. Horrible, hemoraging leak: drawing hands are bad.

my 3 are:

1. Not spiking enough 4 outers
2. Not spiking enough 3 outers
and my worst leak
3. Not spiking enough 2 outers.

Andre

Mainly trying to run over the table too often, and when it's unneccesary.
