I emailed Empire earlier this morning, and haven't heard back yet. I would have expected a form letter by now, so maybe (maybe) they're rethinking the 15 day thing?

They must be getting bombarded with mail on this, and not just from 2+2ers.

yea, i emailed them at around 12:30 est...Still no reply!

Same problem. Same Email. Same no reply. I hope that they credit the 600 hands I have played since the bonus began, but I doubt it.

Same problem here. What sucks is that I made my last cash out on June 8th (exactly 15 days ago). If I had know I could've just waited until tomorrow to make the deposit!

By the way, this IS ridiculous. I can't find this rule anywhere in the offer or in the T&C. Bad business again from Empire.

I deposited for the bonus today and got the "elapsed" thingy on my bonus page.
What's strange though is that my last cashout was 29 May!?

[/ QUOTE ]

same for me, but my last cashout was may 31st. But I did transfer 50$ to a friend on june 7th, so maybe that counts as a cashout too...

No e-mail, no reply from Empire Poker in 7 hours. That is their true respect to the customers.
The Bonus Department (info@empirepoker.com) is not open to the public at all. They have only internal phone numbers

So we have an actual response quoting the 15-day thing? I'd like to see if anyone gets this reply... Looks awfully like the pokernow reply that people got a few weeks ago..

On a related note, I got a reply from VIP just now (emailed them 20 minutes ago), and they said they will fix it, and that any hands played today will still count, so not to worry. I made a withdrawal about a week ago.

There was actually something at the top of the lobby when I logged on earlier today that says they are backed up on customer support emails by several hours. Be patient, and I'm sure you'll get some unintelligible response from them in broken English totally the opposite of what the other emails have said.

I sent and email around 3am eastern time last night, got my response by 10:30 am this morning. Same nonsense about how I withdrew less that 15 days ago and therefore wasnt eligble for the bonus.

Meh, wasn't looking forward to limit grinding in the next couple days anyway.
