Default Anyone from Chicago....

Want to hang out next Friday, 11/4? I don't care if we play some cards or just hang out for drinks. I turned 21 a few weeks ago and haven't been to Chicago since I was a kid, so I'm looking for some stuff to do. I'm getting in town at 6:30 a.m. and have a meeting from 11-12. After that, my afternoon and evening are wide open. I'm staying at Hotel Cass because it's close to where my meeting is (Spanish Consulate). Even if you don't want to chill or anything, suggestions for how I spend my day are welcome. Thanks.

Since you seem fairly indifferent I recommend not playing poker due to the extremely lackluster quality of Chicago-area casinos.

Instead I would recommend hitting up either the Art Institute or the Magnificent Mile depending on what you're into.

After that have dinner somewhere on/around Rush Street and enjoy libations somewhere in the area.

Missing Chicago like hell,
Dave

Hell Ya white sox! Born and raised next to Chicago, now in MI....missing it like hell. Anyways def hit up the Art Museum if you like that. Museum of Science and Industry is another, Shedd Aquarium, or Brookfield Zoo are also great choice.
