Depending on how many other callers there are to that raise then I'd be playing a lot of hands. If it's just the two other players you mentioned then I'd be much more inclined to call with a PP then a drawing hand, especially a two gap. But without reads on the raiser then I'm calling with any PP and any high suited connectors.

I fold 88s and below
I call 99 and TT and lead out or raise if no ace or king on flop I 3 bet JJ and up |
