Default Why am I always so tired?

My hand history is broken so i can't give too much details...

I wake up and it's hard to get out of bed until finally i need a cigarette and i get up. I feel like sh|t every time i get up. I am always hungry when i wake up but too weak and tired to go eat. I lay on the couch for a while until i am so hungry that i got to get up and eat right away. I'm real weak and tired at this point. Then i eat a little and get full real easy, then I'm hungry like 30 minutes later. And it's like that all day. Sometime i have energy but it doesnt last that long. I can't stand for that long cuz i feel like i will fall over. When i am tired at night and i'm about to sleep.. i can barley stand and it seems like im drunk. I do not eat healthy, I don't exercise and i'm kind of skinny. Do i just need some vitamins or something? I hate feeling like sht.. it puts me in a bad mood and makes me blow my poker money and make stupid posts on 2+2. Anyone know whats wrong?

Try eating healthy and excercising every day. I'd bet by the end of one week you notice a difference.

You sound dehydrated. Drink lots of water. Then have some coffee.

I have been through like 4 years or depression but i'm not sad anymore. I'm still tired even when i'm in a good mood.
