if they actually knew something about poker then this wouldn't be an issue.
clearly there are some people making the decisions there that don't know much about the game. they know marketing though....so they have all those fishies running around (and 2+2'ers and other good players chasing after them). |

Because the are rude greedy jerks.
Customers support is full idiots to say the least. Most of customer support can't even read or comprehend the entire emails I've sent in the past. I would expect a similar experience next time. The time and effort involved is not worth reward. I didn't lose Party Poker and they probably won't notice they lost my play. Oh well, I still play 6-8 hours daily ,just not there. |

I got so pissed off after they misled me about getting better offers in Nov that I asked them to close my PartyPoker account(been open since 2001). I got an email back saying they closed the account but I found out later that was also a lie.
