Default Party $33 : I play AQ so weak, help?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (10 handed) converter

MP2 (t930)
MP3 (t770)
Hero (t775)
Button (t565)
SB (t680)
BB (t850)
UTG (t600)
UTG+1 (t1175)
UTG+2 (t800)
MP1 (t855)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
5 folds, MP3 raises to t90, Hero calls t90, 3 folds.

Flop: (t225) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP3 bets t180, Hero folds.

Final Pot: t405

I call preflop planning to jam if there's an A or Q. Villain is pretty tight, but he can be open raising with JT or other things like that. The lead on the flop could be a pair or could just be continuation from high cards. I feel like I'm losing a lot of equity playing this way, but anything else would basically put me all in.
