Re: Too much action given?

[ QUOTE ] I'm not sure how we're ahead of AA & TT. [/ QUOTE ] If his range is AA, TT & AK :- AA - 1 combo TT - 3 combos AK - 8 combos I know he has redraws with AK (especially AxKd), but we have full house outs too. I believe we still have >50% equity vs. this range. [/ QUOTE ] Gotcha. Just misread what you were saying...my bad. |

Re: Too much action given?
I like the turn raise.
But what about just calling the flop, planning to call down UI? This seems like a WA/WB situation, and we don't want to let him get away from JJ-KK cheaply, or give too much action to AK. He's really not likely to have a good draw on the flop - K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] is about the only hand I would be worried about, and lots of players wouldn't 3-bet that from SB. |
