1. If he's loose and passive then you shouldn't be leading into him with a vunerable hand.

2. If he's loose and passive then you should be able to check it down or call cheap since your hand has some showdown value.

I am not a fan of the wimpy preflop raise. It's not bad, I think the way you played it will work against the majority of players, but if you have a read that the guy calls down alot I don't think you should be c-betting here. If you're betting for value, then you are basically saying that you're willing to put a bunch of money in the pot with 66 and going all the way to the river. This is similar to saying that you wouldn't have minded pushing and getting called preflop. Do you really want that four handed with a healthy stack? Or would you rather hang onto your stack for blind stealing purposes?
