Default Small pair against an odd turn bet

UTG+1 is extremely loose postflop. He's happy to call one or more bets on the flop with marginal draws or pairs. Thus far he also appears pretty passive. He's spewed off most of his stack and begins this hand with 5BB. MP3 has only recently joined and I have no reads.
