Re: How Bad is Dial-up for Multitabling?
[ QUOTE ]
Is dial-up internet too slow/crap for 8-20 tabling internet poker? Just wondering. Looked at a great house today, but no high speed internet access in that area...no cable or dsl. [/ QUOTE ] Find a different house!! |

Re: How Bad is Dial-up for Multitabling?
I had dial-up for a long time up until a couple mths ago and I was always fine.
4, 6 or 8 tables...no biggie. 20 tabling?? are you serious?? there might be some pricier satellite-internet options you would want to consider though. |

Re: How Bad is Dial-up for Multitabling?
I asked this question a while back. I had been driving to friends houses to use their cable connection, while i tried to get cable set up at my new place. I finally had to get dial up. It works fine, just get disconnects often(not to bad. 2 or 3 times in a day, but that's like 3 to 5k hands) You can still multitable successfully, haven't done more then 9 tables though.
