Default trendiness after news spikes

Okay, suppose you had elected to use the fast S&P trend-trading strategy I always recommend to exploit the ensuing trends-inside-waves that come after news spikes.

So far today you would have sold at 1120, bought at 1120, sold at 1120, bought at 1113, and been long at 1121. Reversing every time, you'd be up 15 points.

Elroy, do you surf and post on two plus two for a living because if so, you are awesome at what you do. Do you win in the stock market?? No one does, play poker or sell drugs but dont do stocks.
