Default One NFL Pick (Cin/Hou)

It's interesting to go back and look at some developing trends in the NFL.

There are 4 teams that have been under in every game this year (of those teams that have played 3 games), and I think it would surprise some people which teams those are.

Indy
Tampa Bay
Kansas City
Cincinnati

The interesting thing is that all 4 of those teams are becoming media darlings for their offenses.

Cincy...they are THE media darlings so far this year. Their offense draws ooohs and ahhhs, and deservingly so.

But every game has gone 'under' this year.

This week, they are playing a struggling Houston team. However, this team is coming off of a bye week, so they have an extra week to prepare for Cincy's offense. Not only that, but they have a new offensive coordinator, Joe Pendry. When Pendry was in Carolina, he was raked over the coals for being too conservative. If he has a RB to use, he uses him constantly.

I anticipate Houston will run the ball all day with Dominick Davis, especially with a struggling Carr behind center. The extra week to prepare on D will help slow down Cincy's offense. And in the end, this game stays far below the 42.5 total.

I love the under in this game. I also will put a small parlay HOU to the under.

Good luck,
