Default full house terminology

Clearly, "aces full of eights" would be a proper description for a hand containing AAA88. Is it appropriate to call the same full house "aces over eights" or is that phrase more properly another term for two pairs (AA88x or "aces and eights")? This came up as a friendly debate between two players in a recent home game. Thanks in advance for any responses.

just use the word full. that means full house. say like aces full. unless you need to say more.

if someone told me aces over 8s, i would assume two pair unless he said "aces full over 8s". just saying the word full makes it pretty clear.

Probably irrelevant,

But a boat is another term for full house.
