Uhhhhh Dell? Helloooooo?
So I bought a 2001FP back when they were having that insane sale for like $379. Signed up for Dell preferred, etc.
I still haven't gotten a bill from my Dell Preferred account. I'd like to pay this bastard off so I don't neutralize the savings I got by signing up for it in the first place... do I need to call them or does it normally take this long (over 1 month) to get your first statement? |

Did you get the "reference card" with your account number on it? I got that like 2 weeks ago and just got my 1st bill yesterday. I bought it on the same day. Anyways, if you have the reference card with the account number you can go to the website and sign up to pay the card off online.

I see the problem now... I haven't signed up for the elite "sunday mail" like you have [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Seriously though, thank you.
