I like to get really high and play a bunch. Don't think that's news to anybody. Works out better for me because I don't try any fancy [censored]. Until I have real discipline, I'll just keep using Mary Jane to keep me in check.

I know it's a general opinion that you should NEVER drink while playing because it impairs your judgement

Who says? I always drink when I play, or is it I always play when I drink, or I just always drink.

I will say that 5-10 NL after ten red bull and vodkas is -EV. But STT tend to be so mechanical that, I do not see any drop in my ROI over a few beers.

I enjoy drinking while playing, although I can't say it really does anything to help (well not in limit) But sometimes in NL SNG's or MTT it helps relax me and be able to bluff easier when necessary. But my tolerance is expensively high, a 12 pack gives me a decent buzz, but thats about it. I don't get stupid and belligerant when drinking, I just get relaxed.

I take my Ritalin and then have a beer. The theory is they will cancel each other out.

We have two people called Pergesu on this board. One of them tells you how to play very good poker when you are sober, the other tells you the required moves for when you are stoned.
