Raise preflop. I always raise AJs in an unraised pot from any position.
Raise the flop, you have a pot equity edge plus you might et a free card. Turn is good [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Physician, heal thyself. You correctly point out your missed pre-flop and flop raise. In position, on the turn, a deceptively nice play here would be to check through, looking to pick up some bets on the river, although I might be influenced by the results.
