Laptop Troubles

I just purchased a new Dell laptop. It works like a charm on everything but party poker. When i open party poker i get a black boarder on the right and bottom of my screen. Also the amounts in the cashier are all off line . Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem in the past and what they did to fix it. Thanks
