You can do it pretty easily 5 tabling.

As augie said, I 5-table most of the time. In addition to those 44,000 I've probably played another 6,000 or so on sites other than Party. Obviously, I play a lot and I prefer to play long (3-5) hour sessions. Plus, running poorly motivates me to play a ton.
