I have no idea how you can possibly lose with such cogent analysis as "it's gut check time" and team "in a downward spiral".

Did you attend St. Francis University? The initials are STFU. If you don't know what that means, I'll give you a hint: the "S" stands for "shut" and the "U" stands for "up". You figure out what the "T" and "F" stand for.
