Usually not an aggressive game, similar to the party $400 in that regard. Fishier than party, and most of the players fit nicely into a some catergory (weak/tight, rock, huge-bluff, excellent player, total fish, etc.)

This is kinda funny, but I guess the last time I was there was last year. Ah... online poker... I actually preferred The Palace game in Hayward since there was no cap and it was often killed (1/2/2 5 to go with an optional kill) and filled with people who liked to gamble; though it was a sketchy place.

Yeah I live in the Eastbay.

Oh, and a new setup is asking for a new set of decks.

I live in Berkeley, drive to LC a few nights a week. I heard someone stuck a knife in a dealer at Hayward a while ago... I think I'll pass. Sounds even sketchier than the Oaks, where you can buy hot laptops in the parking lot.
