I think you got the best answer in the first reply. There's not much to choose between what Amoeba said and anyone elses bankroll requirements. basically 20x the buy in if you want to conservative. less if you can rebuy if needed.

I don't know HOH or SS but TAG in 50's only needs $500 imo. That's $300 in reserve 4 tabling. Exceptional TAG needs less imo. There is no correct answer to this question. Your description(or likely any description) is not sufficient to answer the question so above is my sense of my own requirements but then maybe I'm weak tight and don't make as much as others or maybe I make more. It's just hard to say. Furthermore, the question doesn't seem that important since you can always drop a limit.
