I believe that while none dare admit publicly those thoughts, there are those that "feel" this way. Democrats need failure to succeed. They also want the US to fail in Iraq. Likewise they want to economy to falter. This is what is so dispicable about them. They see a crisis where none exists (camp gitmo for instance). The likes of Leahy, Dean, Pelosi ........ they turn my stomach.

What is it that leads you to believe they actually feel this way? If it's true it would be stunning--that they are disappointed more people didn't die in a hurricane. I can understand being disgusted with the personas or public positions of Dean, Pelosi, Leahy, et al, but I don't see where that would lead one to think that they're secretly hoping lots of Americans are killed in a natural disaster.
