Default passive line on fl draw

please berate me for this hand.

Abs 1/2 6max Same table that I started up before. Its getting pretty loose and passive in general, but Ive been lagging it up a bit.

(also I'm attempting a manual hand conversion here, so berate me for that as well. )

*** POCKET CARDS ***
Dealt to HERO in the CO with[A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]]
MP - Folds
<font color="blue">HERO - Raises $2 to $2</font>
BUTTON - Calls $2
SB - Calls $1.50
BB - Calls $1

standard.

*** FLOP *** [6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]]
SB - Bets $1
BB - Raises $2 to $2
<font color="blue">HERO - Calls $2</font>
BUTTON - Calls $2
SB - Calls $1

I have not seen BB raise a draw to this point. Also, is this an autoraise vs two opponents?

*** TURN *** [6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]] [3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
SB - Bets $2
BB - Raises $4 to $4
<font color="blue">HERO ???</font>

I'm now clearly behind with odds to call, and the board pairing is worrisome to me.

Line please.

On the turn, I cold-call again, but I'm not happy.

I might 3-bet on the flop, but I think the cold-call is all right.

so judging by the lack of response, these are the two most ultra standard cold calls [followed by a check/fold on a whiffed R] ever right?

...aalright, how about this:

assume no hu cap. How far are we going if we spike our [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the R?

If he made it five I'd curse and call him.

I would 3-bet the flop. Not only are my flush outs good, I have extra overcard outs which are likely to be good (not full outs, of course). There's also not much reason to really think that anyone has a super-strong hand at this point (sets would often slowplay this, two pair hands are relatively unlikely based on the board texture).

Call the turn.

*grunch*
Raise the flop.

EDIT FOR REASON: You want the button. You probably have an edge. You want to fold any K or even better Ax, where x is one of the board. Free card potential.
