Default Huge pot, marginal draws, and tons of action

SB in this hand is 16.13/8.06/1.31 over 62 hands, and BB is a maniacal 56.93/26.28/1.25. So with maniacs stats I can't really consider folding pre-flop. I think both the flop are interesting, anyway tell me what you think.

The flop call is profitable even if SB caps. We have a gutshot to the nuts and a nut backdoor flushdraw. Catching a Q may be good also.

I like just calling the maniac's bet since SB's range has us in trouble. I want to see the turn as cheaply as possible.

And I'd raise the turn too. SB not capping the flop means you're likely to have the best hand here.
