Getting 15.5-1, this is a bad lay down. I dont really know what else to say. I know it looks like the SB has a flush, and that is certainly what he is gonna have most of the time, but sometimes he will turn over JJ,77,QJ, and if hes even looser, Q7,J7, and if hes retarded, 66,67,J6,Q6. You only need to be good here 6.1% of the time to make calling profitable. I promise you, you will be good more than that.

Just because it's Christmas doesn't mean you should be giving gifts to your opponents.

I don't even remember the last time I folded a set, and this definitely isn't one of the times where I would.

While I'm a fan of how you played this hand up til the river, I think you may have misrepresented your hand to your opponents by playing so fast. SB could have made this move with a very wide range of hands including A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] , two pair, a lower set, AQ, or air just to name a few. Like everyone else said, you're definitely good here 1 in 15 or whatever, so call down.

I played a hand yesterday where I had 77 OTB I raise BB calls flop comes K96 diamonds (I have none) I bet get c/r call. Turn is 7 diamond. I raise his bet (free showdown or bet if board pairs) he 3bets and I call. River is blank and I just click on check/call (he does bet) and look away. He has K9 and MHIG. This guy also has a .4 aggression factor.

On you hand your definitely way better then 1 in 15 and you have to call.
