Default Loose passive games 1/2 live

I was running some hands through pokerstove and came across some interesting reults so I was wondering if this was right to do?

78s vs 8 players even with one holding AK has 18.87 pot equity PF.

78s vs 8 random hands has 16.94% pot equity.

I took this hand because its the middle of the road suited connector.

So since this is true mathematically and these LAPs call down with anything and everything. Would it be right to raise this hand on the button or BB?

yesterday I was waiting for a tournament and played the indian 1/2 limit. 8 people stayed into a pot where me and another guy were raising/capping the flop. He flopped the nut straight I had a royal flush draw on the flop. People calling 2 bets cold with middle pair.

Soooo in these kind of tables would it be right?
