Pokerroom/Hollywood problem

For some reason, my downloaded versions will not link me to the web. Example..if I'm in the lobby and I click on anything (Account, tourney info, etc...) it does nothing. Has anyone had this problem or know what to do? I've tried adjusting my security setting, no luck.

I'd try to download again. have not had that problem.
