Is this what I need to connect the S-video output on my computer to my TV?

that looks like an all-in-one patch cable. Do you need an svideo to RCA adapter?

I was thinking more along the lines of something that would plug into the S-Video on my PC on on end and then have the tri-colored a/v inputs for the TV on the other.
