Default UI AQ OOP vs. LAG

UTG is buddy-listed LAG. But he seems to be playing much more in control this session (fewer garbage 3-bets, etc...). Raise somewhere? Fold Somewhere?

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 4 folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

River: (7.25 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 9.25 BB

What would need to hit for you to find a fold here?

I had a hand like this today... same situation?

I'm SB, LAG is button.

Folded to LAG, LAG raises, I 3-bet with A9o. LAG caps.

I call every street UI.

Yes?
