AKo against wild and crazy table. ($0.25/$0.50)

I figured this forum since it's more that I'm speechless, rather then an overt question... Not much to say, my read in general was a crazy table that liked to gamble. Call with anything and raise with anything.

I had been watching CO raise and call with crap for the past hour, but I never had anything until this hand. SB was along for the ride until the river when the 7 paired and he was now betting into me, so I thought "great another suckout, I'll just call". The fact that SB raised made it just that much sure someone had a 7... But the pot was huge and you never know at this table.

BUT WTF was this, maniac CO on a bluff and so is SB? Have you guys ever seen this? I don't know SB's cards though because he folded. I left anyways because I was just staying to bust the CO; but does this look like anything odd that has happened to you guys before? SB and everyone else had arrived about 30 min ago after I had been playing heads up with the CO for about 5 min.
